In line with the company's philosophy, our priority is to provide our customers with new and innovative products. For this purpose the company set up the innovation & implementation department specializing in creating new products through a meticulous analysis of the market, analysis of customers‘ activities and their product portfolio. Together with the scientific staff and experienced technologist, we implement changes to improve the product (or production process) and introduce new technologies into food industry. The innovations implemented in the company has brought original and reliable solutions for our business partners.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Internal laboratory units carry out conducting examines of newly created products. They focus on developing the best-quality products through the selection of microbiological techniques and the appropriate selection of raw materials.
PRODUCTION QUALITY
EDPOL Food&Innovation has its own laboratory and research facilities adapted to conduct quality tests of our products and obtained raw materials. The fully equipped laboratory is an important link in ensuring the health safety of the product and high quality production. We are able to perform microbiological, physicochemical and sensory evaluation. Qualitative tests are performed at every stage of the production of our products. The quality management standards are confirmed by appropriate certificates: BRCGS and IFS.

is also a cooperation with the world of science: universities and laboratory centres that professionally deal with the subject of food production and nutrition, including Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Cooperation with the client and the implementation of his requirements in the field of developing new products is our priority. We are not afraid of challenges and complicated topics as we want to create an innovative and safe product. Constantly expanding commercial offer of products and technologies is a proof our successes in this field. We design our products based on new concepts in line with the latest trends appearing on the world food market. The members of all teams are talented and creative specialists in the field of nutrition technology.
