Flavored butter is a combination of butter and the appropriate ingredients that give it flavor. Butter can be enriched with a mixture of herbs, spices, oils or oleoresin. Flavored butter is great for steaks, pork neck, shoulder or other meat dishes. Butter adds flavor to the meat and its juiciness.
